Optimisation of green spaces
Posted in "Resource Management" le
At the Queen Mary Hotel, we attach great importance to the responsible management of our green spaces. As part of our environmental approach, we have redesigned our patio and balconies to be pleasant, sustainable and respectful of local biodiversity:
- Greening of the patio
We are committed to maintaining our green patio in order to offer our guests a green space, while contributing to the preservation of biodiversity.
- Optimised watering
We water our plants early in the day, depending on weather conditions. We also prioritise the use of recycled water (rainwater, condensation, etc.) in order to limit water waste.
- Welcoming biodiversity
Our patio includes refuge areas for local wildlife: bird feeders, nesting boxes for tits, etc. These features help to preserve biodiversity and create a soothing natural environment.
- Zero pesticides
Our green spaces are maintained without chemicals in order to protect the soil, groundwater and everyone's health.
Our spaces are not just there to enhance your stay: they reflect our commitment to a healthier and more vibrant environment!
